ARTICLE 1

Definition of Services

This platform is a skill-based two-player online game offered in two sections: 'Demo (Free)' and 'Competitive Coin Rooms'. The platform management is solely the provider of the online competition platform.

GoldOfGame provides a competitive environment where players can test their skills against each other in real-time castle warfare.

ARTICLE 2

Skill-Based Nature of the Game

This game falls under the category of skill-based games. The result of each match is determined based on the players' skill, speed, accuracy, and decision-making. No chance-based system, lottery, gambling, or betting is involved in determining match results.

Coins are the internal credit of the game, and purchasing them constitutes buying credit to use the platform's competitive services and does not constitute gambling or betting.

GoldOfGame is a skill-based gaming platform. All matches require real skill and strategy.

ARTICLE 3

User Account

  • Each user is responsible for maintaining the security of their user account.
  • Any misuse of the account, sharing it with others, or carelessness in maintaining login information is the user's responsibility.
  • Creating multiple user accounts with the intent of abuse is prohibited.

Always keep your login credentials secure. GoldOfGame will never ask for your password.

ARTICLE 4

Coins and Internal Value

Coins are considered the internal credit of the game.

4 Coins = 1 USDT

The amount of coins required for each room is displayed before entry.

Important: Entering any room constitutes acceptance of deducting coins from the user's balance.

ARTICLE 5

Match Conduct

  • Matches are held in turns between two players.
  • Each player has 15 seconds in their turn and is allowed a maximum of 3 shots.
  • The player whose targets are destroyed first is considered the loser.
  • The winning player receives 75% of the opponent's coins.
  • The result recorded in the game system will be the final criterion for determining the winner and will not be subject to technical objection unless a system defect is proven.
ARTICLE 6

Settlement

  • Minimum withdrawal request is 40 coins (equivalent to 10 USDT).
  • Payments are made within 24 to 48 business hours after request registration.
  • Cryptocurrency network transfer fees at the time of purchase or settlement are borne by the user and deducted from the final amount.
  • The responsibility for correctly entering the wallet address and selecting the transfer network lies with the user, and the platform is not responsible for user errors in entering information.

Always double-check your wallet address and network selection before confirming withdrawals.

ARTICLE 7

Violations and Enforcement

The following are considered violations:

  • Using bugs or attempting to manipulate the system
  • Using third-party tools or unauthorized software
  • Disrupting the server
  • Creating multiple accounts for abuse
  • Offensive or illegal behavior

If a violation is proven, the platform management is authorized to block the user's account and confiscate their balance without prior notice.

ARTICLE 8

Limitation of Liability

  • The platform is not responsible for internet outages, infrastructure disruptions, user network problems, or delays caused by blockchain.
  • The platform is only responsible for the correct functioning of the system under normal technical conditions.
ARTICLE 9

Changes to Rules

The game management has the right to update the rules, coin structure, win percentage, or settlement conditions at any time. The new version will be enforceable from the time of publication on the site or within the game.

Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-game notifications.

For any disputes, questions, or clarifications, users must submit a support ticket through their account dashboard.
